I previously reported for The Oskaloosa Independent and The Valley Falls Vindicator. My independent work is in the Open Kansan. I graduated from the University of Kansas in 2022 with a double major in News & Information and Political Science. I used to report for the KU Statehouse Wire Service. I was also an enterprise reporter for the University Daily Kansan in the Fall 2021 and a beat reporter in the Spring of 2021.
I was previously the Chair of the Student Rights & Affairs Council in KU’s Student Senate from 2021-22, the president of Against Rising Tuition at KU from 2019-20 and the final Association of University Residence Halls representative for Oliver Hall from 2018-19.
